This plant was manufacturing soymilk to produce silken tofu. The plant, which was designed and manufactured by TAKAI (the leading Japanese manufacturer in this field), was producing 650kg of tofu per hour. Soymilk production capacity: 300- 500L/Hr.

Vessel with soymilk outlet pump, cleaning pump, vacuum pump, condenser, vacuum gauge and numerous valving.
Soymilk can contain a lot of foam created in the process of soymilk production. It is difficult to remove this foam from the soymilk by letting it rest for a short while due to the ingredients of soymilk and the viscosity of the liquid. Air entrapment causes deterioration of the product and this well designed deaerator eliminates this problem.
